If your order arrives with a damaged or broken vial, contact us at admin@peptilab.ca within 3 days of receiving your package with photographic proof of the damage. Claims submitted after 3 days or without photo evidence cannot be processed. If your claim is approved we will arrange a replacement at our discretion.

Unopened vials should be stored in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. For long-term storage, keep in a freezer at -20°C. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles. Properly stored lyophilized peptides remain stable for 24+ months.
