Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before accessing or using peptilab.ca (the “Website”) or purchasing any products from PeptiLab (“we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing the Website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree, do not use the Website or purchase any products.

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using peptilab.ca (the “Site”) or purchasing any products from PeptiLab, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use this Site or purchase our products. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and customers.

2. Research Use Only — Critical Notice

ALL products sold by PeptiLab are strictly for Research Use Only (RUO). By placing an order, you explicitly confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years of age
  • You are a qualified researcher, scientist, or laboratory professional purchasing for legitimate research purposes
  • You will not use any PeptiLab product for human or animal consumption
  • You will not use any PeptiLab product for the diagnosis, treatment, cure, or prevention of any disease or medical condition
  • You understand that PeptiLab products are not approved by Health Canada, the FDA, or any other regulatory authority for human use
  • You accept full legal and ethical responsibility for compliance with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction

PeptiLab reserves the right to refuse any order where human use is suspected or indicated.

3. Products and Descriptions

PeptiLab makes every effort to ensure product descriptions, specifications, and COA data are accurate. All product information is provided for research reference purposes only. PeptiLab does not make any claims regarding the safety, efficacy, or suitability of any product for any particular research application.

Cosmetic products sold on peptilab.ca are consumer products intended for external use only and are not subject to RUO restrictions. They are not medical devices and no therapeutic claims are made.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) unless otherwise stated. PeptiLab reserves the right to change prices at any time without notice. Payment must be received in full before orders are processed and shipped.

Accepted payment methods include Interac e-Transfer, Visa, Mastercard, and cryptocurrency. PeptiLab uses Stripe as its payment processor. By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

5. Shipping and Delivery

PeptiLab ships within Canada only. Standard shipping rates apply as displayed at checkout. PeptiLab is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss and title for products passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.

Free shipping is available on orders over $300 CAD as indicated on the Site. This threshold may change without notice.

6. Returns and Refunds

Due to the nature of research compounds and the importance of maintaining cold chain integrity, PeptiLab does not accept returns on peptide products once shipped. If you receive a damaged, incorrect, or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at admin@peptilab.ca with photographic evidence.

Cosmetic products may be returned within 14 days of delivery if unopened and in original condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

PeptiLab reserves the right to refuse refunds where products have been misused or where the RUO agreement has been violated.

7. Certificate of Analysis (COA)

PeptiLab provides batch-specific Certificates of Analysis for all research peptide products. COAs are made available on product pages and reflect third-party independent testing results. PeptiLab does not guarantee that COA results will match results obtained through independent testing due to differences in testing methodology, storage, and handling.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on peptilab.ca including text, images, logos, product names, and design elements are the property of PeptiLab and are protected by Canadian and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this Site without express written permission from PeptiLab.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PeptiLab shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of this Site or our products. This includes but is not limited to damages for loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses.

PeptiLab’s total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of this Site or our products shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless PeptiLab, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including legal fees, arising from your violation of these Terms, your misuse of our products, or your violation of any applicable laws or regulations.

11. Prohibited Uses

You may not use this Site or our products to:

  • Purchase products for human or animal consumption
  • Resell products without prior written authorization from PeptiLab
  • Provide false information regarding your identity or intended use of products
  • Engage in any activity that violates applicable federal, provincial, or local laws
  • Attempt to circumvent our RUO policies or age verification requirements

12. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Ontario, Canada.

13. Changes to Terms

PeptiLab reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Site. Your continued use of the Site following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
