Return Policy

1. Peptide Research Compounds

Due to the nature of research-grade compounds and the importance of maintaining cold chain integrity and product sterility, all peptide sales are final once shipped. We do not accept returns on research peptide products under any circumstances.

If you receive a damaged, incorrect, or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at admin@peptilab.ca with your order number and photographic evidence. We will assess each case individually and at our discretion may offer a replacement or store credit.

2. Peptide Cosmetics

Unopened cosmetic products in original condition may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item in acceptable condition. Opened or used cosmetic products cannot be returned.

3. All Orders

We do not offer refunds for orders where incorrect shipping addresses were provided by the customer. Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped. Digital products and COA documents are non-refundable.
